The safest charge rate for most LiPo batteries is 1C, or 1 x capacity of battery in Amps.. On the battery, the label says it has a "3C Charge Rate". Given that the battery's capacity is 5000mAh, or 5 Amps, that means the battery can be safely charged at a maximum of 15 Amps!
